LES HORAIRES DE LA PRIÈRE ET L'HORLOGE BIOLOGIQUE

La prière est le deuxième pilier de l'islam. Son observation et d'une importance capitale. Le Coran est très explicite à ce sujet. En effet, nombreux sont les versets qui recommandent non seulement son observation mais la ponctualité dans son accomplissement.[1] Son importance devient plus évidente lorsqu'on lit le Hadith du prophète qui menace toute personne n'observant pas la prière d'impiété.
